Paper Three – Word Processing

1.      Create an invitational flyer that is to be sent to each VIP member.  The document should be prepared on letter size paper (book fold) and must include the following:
a.       Your company logo on the back-page of the document and copied to another location of the invitational flyer
b.      A minimum of two other graphics
c.       A request for RSVP
d.      Necessary information about the event.  (Date, time, place, entertainment, etc.)
e.       A small table hosting information about the event.

2.      Using a suitable feature of your word-processing application, create a document which should be mailed to all VIP members of your company.  The primary purpose of the document is to thank them for supporting all the events you have hosted in the year, and to remind them of the New Year’s Eve Countdown event.  The secondary purpose of the letter is to remind them that their annual membership fee will be due soon; offer a method of payment. Their current membership type should be indicated. Include a small table with the membership type and fees.  The letter is to be completed on your company letterhead with your company slogan inserted in the footer.  Margins are to be 0.75” bordering.  Orientation should be portrait.  Block-style letter; single line spacing.  Use appropriate font face, size and formatting for emphasis.  A minimum of 5 merge fields are to be included in the letter.
a.       Print the primary document (showing merge fields) and the 1st5th and 10th recipient.
b.      Ensure to include the recipients list with document for submission.

*When submitting drafts electronically, attach recipients list document, primary and merged documents.
