Those students with outstanding payment for SBA, kindly bring tomorrow at class.

FINAL SBA CLASS

Tomorrow, Saturday, March 21, 2015

9:00 am until 1:00 pm  

(bring a snack)

Purpose:  Complete SBA 

SBAs will be printed in the lab.  $2.00 each.  This is practically free :)

SBAs can be bound in the office on Tuesday.  The fee is $3.00 to Ms. Andrade.

This is the FINAL SBA class and all SBAs will be completed in this class so BE THERE.

(Choose one type of cancer to report on. Include a cover sheet, table of contents, 2-3 pages of content including a chart and/or picture, reference page)

The instructions for these documents are on the server in the general folder, with exception of documents that must be done in class.

NOTICE

We're in crunch time now to finish the SBA component, and you should have completed the following:
Assignment 1 - Manuscript symbols letter
Portfolio Documents: Tabular Work, Organizational Chart, Chairman's Agenda, Tear-off Circular, Will with endorsement, Contract Agreement, and invitation.

If you haven't completed any of these components, kindly do so by Monday and send via email.

New Task to be completed:  Prepare a power point presentation on the following topic.

You are trying to convince your class to go on a class trip instead of going to the prom.  Find a location that you'd like to take them; find all applicable information such as cost, tourist attractions, dining, airfare and hotel rates, etc.  Prepare a power point presentation with a minimum of 6 slides that you can use to present to your class.  Include graphics, automatic transition, design background, etc.

Kindly complete this task by Tuesday and send via email.

For next Tuesday, prepare an invitation to your Prom.  Prom is scheduled for May 23, 2015.  Include a menu on the invitation.  Adjust your page size appropriately, use colorful graphics, and appropriate font face and sizes.  Creativity is expected.
